اقدم الخبر المرفق هدية الى كبار المسؤولين في الشركة العامة للكهرباء في ليبيا. كما اود ان اغتنم الفرصة، لتأكيد لهؤلاء من كبار المسؤولين؛ وابلاغ هؤلاء من كبار المسؤولين؛ ان اسماءهم قد اثيرت في تلك التحقيقات التي لاتزال جارية وقيد التحقيق. وهؤلاء المحققين، سوف يجدون كل المساعدة والعون - من جانبي- لمساعدتهم على تعقب هؤلاء المسؤولين الفاسدين في الشركة العامة للكهرباء في ليبيا، وتقديمهم إلى العدالة على جرائم الفساد المتعلقة بالعقود المبرمه مع شركة الستوم (ALSTOM)، بعد فشل جهاز القضاء الليبي على تقديمهم الى العدالة داخل ليبيا..

Swiss Search Alstom Office, Arrest One, in Corruption Probe By Christian Baumgaertel Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Police searched homes and offices of a Swiss unit of Alstom SA, the world's third-largest power plant maker, and arrested one person suspected of corruption and money laundering, the Swiss attorney general said.

Premises in central Switzerland, around Zurich, and in Baden were searched yesterday, including the offices of Alstom AG, the attorney general said in a statement on the government's Web site. The search was conducted by more than 50 officers from the Federal Criminal Police and included several French police officers, according to the statement.

``Findings up to date suggest that other companies belonging to the Alstom Group have made corrupt payments to officials or functionaries via the Alstom Prom AG based in Baden, which in some cases might have led to the awarding of contracts,'' the attorney general said in the statement.

The investigation is not directly linked to other proceedings related to Alstom, the attorney general said. Philippe Kasse, a spokesman for Alstom in Paris, confirmed the search. ``The information is correct,'' he said, declining to make any additional comment.
