وبعائلته
السلطات السعودية مطالبة برفع الظلم عن المواطن الليبي عبد الله بو بكر
حسن وتمكينه من السفر
منذ تشرين الأول 2005، سافر المواطن الليبي عبد الله أبو
بكر حسن من مدينة دبلن إلى مدينة مكة المكرمة في المملكة العربية
السعودية، من أجل تنسيق إجراءات سفر الحجاج المسلمين من إيرلندا إلى موسم
الحج. وفي الثامن عشر من الشهر التالي تشرين الثاني انقطعت أخباره عن
عائلته لمدة شهرين كاملين بعد احتجازه من قبل السلطات الأمنية السعودية
والذي استمر لمدة تسعة أشهر، تعرض خلالها السيد حسن إلى عمليات تعذيب
نفسي وجسدي.
قام السيد حسن على أثر احتجازه التعسقي وتعذيبه بالإضراب
عن الطعام لمدة 33 يوماً، وكانت النتيجة أن أطلقت السلطات السعودية سراحه
بعد الإشتراط عليه بالتنازل عن رفع قضية على وزارة الداخلية السعودية.
لكن وبالرغم من موافقة السيد حسن على شروط الأجهزة
الأمنية السعودية بعدم القيام برفع دعوى عليها والاعتذار لوزير الداخلية
وللشعب السعودي عن "مخالفته لشروط الإقامة"، وكذلك توقيعه وثائق تثبت
تنازله وتصويره أثناء ذلك، نقضت السلطات الأمنية السعودية الإتفاق مع
السيد حسن وأخبرته أنها ستطلق سراحه ولن تسمح له بالسفر إلى عائلته في
إيرلندا وأنه لا بد من تقديمه للمحاكمة بسبب "مخالفته شروط الإقامة".
بعد أطلاق سراح السيد حسن في آب (أوغسطس) 2006 أُخبر من
قبل اللواء محمد عبد الله الربيعي مدير عام مباحث العاصمة المقدسة أن سبب
الاعتقال كانت معلومات خاطئة جائت للمخابرات السعودية عنه وعندما تأكدت
السلطات من عدم صحتها قامت بإطلاق سراحه. وقد وُعد المواطن عبد الله حسن،
في نفس الفترة التي أعقبت إطلاق سراحه من قبل الأمير أحمد بن عبد العزيز
نائب وزير الداخلية السعودي، بحل قضيته خلال ايام قلائل.
والمواطن الليبي حسن معاق جسدياً ومريض بالقلب، وقد
تضاعفت مصاعبه الصحية جراء إحتجازه وتعذيبه وإبعاده القسري عن عائلته،
وزوجته السيدة إبتسام أبو شيحة تعاني من مرض السكري وضعف شديد في بصرها،
ولديه ثلاث أطفال صغار (كوثر 7 سنوات، عزام 6 سنوات و سيف 4 سنوات) لا
معيل لهم ويعانون من حرمان اللقاء بوالدهم منذ 18 عشر شهراً.
بعد استعراض حالة عبد الله بوبكر حسن المأساوية تدعو
منظمة اًصدقاء الإنسان الدولية وزارة الداخلية في المملكة العربية
السعودية إلى رفع الظلم المجحف الذي لحق به وتمكينه من السفر الفوري
ولإلتحاق بعائلته في مدينة دبلن بإيرلندا.
كما وتطالب المنظمة السلطات السعودية المسؤولة بإحقاق
الحق وتعويض المواطن حسن عما لحق به وبعائلته من أضرار جسيمة جراء
الإحتجاز التعسفي الذي تعرض له.

It is the duty of the Saudi Authorities to infopensate
Mr. Hassan for the injustice done to him and his family
The Saudi Authorities is demanded to end the injustice
done to the Libyan citizen Abdullah Abu Baker Hassan and help him to
travel back home
In October 2005 the Libyan citizen Abdullah Abu Baker
Hassan travelled from the Dublin to Mecca in Saudi Arabia to make the
necessary arrangements relating to the journey of the Muslim pilgrims
living in Ireland to Mecca. On 18 November he was detained by the
Saudi security authorities for nine moths during which he was
subjected to tough forms of physical and psychological torture. For
the first two months his family lost every contact with him and failed
to track his whereabouts.
After the despotic detention Mr. Hassan went on hunger
strike for 33 days which pressured the Saudi Authorities to free him
on the condition that he drops his right to file legal action against
the Saudi Ministry of Interior.
Although Mr. Hassan accepted the conditions of the
Saudi security authorities to present an apology to the Minister of
Interior and the Saudi people for "breaching the residence terms" and
to sign a prosecution waiver, the Saudi Authorities infringed the
agreement with Mr. Hassan and informed him that he would be released
but not permitted to leave the kingdom to Ireland as he should be
brought before the court for "breaching the residence terms."
When Mr. Hassan was freed in August 2006, Major General
Mohamad Abdullah Al Rabi'e, the Director of the Investigation Bureau
of the Holy Capital, told him that the arrest was prompted by
incorrect information passed to the Saudi intelligence, and he was
released when the information was found false through verification.
After his release, Mr. Hassan got a promise from Prince Ahmad Bin
Abdul Aziz, Saudi Deputy Minister of Interior, to resolve the matter
within few days.
It should be noted that the Libyan citizen Hassan is
physically disabled and has heart disease. His health conditions
worsened as a result of his detention, torture and infopulsory
separation from his family. Moreover, his wife, Ibtisam Abu Shiha, has
diabetes and sight weakness, while their infants (Kawther, Azzam and
Seif aged seven, six and 4 years respectively) were left without a
provider and suffered the agony of deprivation of their father's love
and care for 18 months.
Having considered the tragic case of Abdullah Abu Baker
Hassan, Friends of Humanity International demands the Ministry of
Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to stop all forms of
oppression against him and to assist him to immediately travel back to
Dublin in Ireland to join his family.
The Organization further calls upon the concerned Saudi
authorities to infopensate Mr. Hassan for the injustice done to him and
his family due to despotic detention.
